UX/UI Application Re-Design

GOAL: To leverage my design skills in addressing human problems within the current product experience of the Delta App. Backing up my design decisions during presentations with the Delta management team, on how I could build an experience that made the user feel empowered in creating the travel experiences they wanted to have, truly making the Delta app their own.

PROCESS: By taking in the brief, reviewing competitors, and providing a prototype on Figma for what I envisioned the new look and system of the app could look like I was able to tap into how to better address user pain points, nurture brand awareness of Delta, the company’s Skymiles culture, a focus on accessibility, along with elevated personalization through the designs below.
