LEVI’S SPREAD

EDITORIAL — PRINT READY PUBLICATION LAYOUT

Inspired by WIRED Magazine, VOGUE, V Magazine, Alexey Brodovitch’s innovative combination of photography and typography, I designed an editorial layout focused on my favorite brand, Levi’s. After brainstorming, and setting up the layout for the spread, I learned that my creative process involves a lot of contrast, and a dynamic mix of mediums. More specifically, my work is inspired predominantly by editorial design and bold storytelling. The final product resulted in the creation of a one 4–page feature story (two spreads) expressing a variety of my personal interests which include fashion, photography, and design. The imagery used for all were taken by my brother, and friend Margo Winter. This was a great opportunity to creatively direct the photography taken by my brother to create a street style focused atmosphere, and elevated enough for a magazine spread.
